Bulk Negotiations
Instead of helping one account at a time, we negotiate directly with utility companies for group payoffs. This stretches every contribution further — reducing balances and turning multiple households back on at once.
We work directly with utility companies to negotiate bulk payoff agreements — restoring power, water, and heat for entire neighborhoods at once.
The Foundation is currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
Instead of helping one account at a time, we negotiate directly with utility companies for group payoffs. This stretches every contribution further — reducing balances and turning multiple households back on at once.
We don’t ask people to apply or compete for help. We work with providers to identify past-due and shutoff accounts, starting with the most urgent cases, and bring them current together.
By removing paperwork and bias, help goes where it’s needed most — based on data, not decisions. Everyone deserves light, water, and warmth.

Pay It Forward Miracle Network (PIFMN) is the founding organization behind the Keep It On Utility Foundation. We believe lasting change begins with simple, direct acts of compassion — and collective problem-solving.
The Keep It On Utility Foundation partners with utility providers to arrange bulk payoffs that clear multiple delinquent accounts at once, minimizing cost and delay.
We are currently working toward full 501(c)(3) recognition to expand partnerships, fundraising, and community programs. Every negotiation is transparent, verifiable, and aimed at restoring stability for as many households as possible, as quickly as possible.
Every contribution to the Keep It On Utility Foundation becomes part of a larger negotiation that helps multiple households regain essential services. A single act of giving can restore light for an entire block.
Online donations will be available once our 501(c)(3) status is finalized. Until then, please contact us directly to discuss partnerships or ways to contribute to upcoming utility negotiations.
